Christopher Okpala is an active cybersecurity professional with deep expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), specializing in the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Since 2020, Christopher has supported federal agencies including the Department of Defense (DoD) and DISA, working hands-on in system accreditation, control assessments, POA&M development, and ATO readiness. Armed with a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and a CompTIA Security+ certification, Christopher is committed to helping others navigate the often complex world of NIST 800-53 and federal cybersecurity compliance. His focus is on equipping aspiring professionals with practical skills and real-world knowledge to confidently step into GRC and RMF roles. Program Manager & Training Specialist

Shadé Roberts is an educator, program manager, and training specialist with a Master of Arts in Teaching and several years of experience supporting educational programs, workforce development, and military operations. Her background spans curriculum development, program coordination, instructional leadership, and training delivery, with a passion for helping individuals build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their careers. At RMF Academy, Shadé leads training development and program operations, helping design curriculum, create learning resources, and support student success initiatives. She works closely with instructor to ensure training programs are engaging, practical, and aligned with industry needs, helping cybersecurity professionals gain the skills and confidence to advance their careers.
